A partner of the Illumine project dedicated their Master thesis to the implementation and research of the training programme in one school from Portugal. The Master course in Health Education is held by the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences from Porto University.
The thesis was developed by Catarina Neto with the support of Professor Elisabete Ramos and focused on the feasibility of the Illumine training program for secondary education teachers in Portugal. The results were presented to a jury and received a high classification; the results were also used to improve the Illumine training programme, again implemented in the same school for a new group of teachers.
The thesis will be available online in national platforms that host all the thesis developed in Portuguese Universities, available for teachers and students to access.
