On 22nd of May the Serbian Society of Pedagogues and the Faculty of Philosophy organized a national conference “Pedagogues’ meetings - Searching for a quality education: challenges and possible solutions”. Team from Serbia consisting of five teachers and one researcher presented a paper named “Collaborative research of teachers’ own practice - effects and teachers’ experiences”. The entire process of continuous professional development done with teachers during one school year, its effects and lessons learned were shared with participating school pedagogues and psychologists and teachers.
