We’re happy to present two case studies that were created during the ILLUMINEtraining programme. The case studies, which we refer to as ‘research lessons’, involved teachers designing a lesson that involved the use of an evidence-based teaching strategy and then testing the use of the strategy with their students.
Here are two case studies from Barcelona, Spain:
Cristina Caballero from Escola Pia Sarrià-Calassanç (Barcelona, Spain) introduces her case study on the use of retrieval practice and brain breaks.
Conxi Curto from Escola Pia Sarrià-Calassanç (Barcelona, Spain) introduces her case study on reframing – turning student stress into something positive.
